These are just a few shots of "Team Old Town" and "Paddle Palooza". All of us paddle the Sturgeon River in Cheboygan County every weekend! we have a riot and pretty much all of us go "solo".:cool:

Fun it is...eat, drink, be marry,clean up cans from the messy people,and watch and listen to all the rental "divorce boats" going by....oh yeh thats what ol "bushman" calls them couples in them old town discovery 169's rentals on the weekends...90 percent of the renters have no idea what there getting into when they hit the sturgeon river in indian river michigan..hehe why there either dumpin out from tippin while tellin each other how much there loved(yah right) lol or you know the sound that paddle makes right before it hits you in the head..as shez yellin i thought you said backpaddle...I CANT WAIT matter of fact myself and my "beavertail mamma" hehe dont yall tell her i said that.. will be up there tonight ready to paddle all weekend with paddlepalooza bushman and the rest of the gang!!!!
so houlibar you'll have to try and join us sometime!?!? while your in the UP its about 30 miles south of the bigmac

ps my dad and myself got inducted as official "yooper" status 2 deer seasons ago after completeing 15 consecutive years as apple knockers at deer camp!!!! sagola-channing-randville well we actually hunt anywere from iron moutain to crystal falls....just wish i could live up there even part time...
SOMEDAY!!!!

OBA, the wife's brother in law refers to folks from below the bridge as "apple knockers" too. Usually when he is talking about hunting. What's that all about?
