double dippin

ok (im using webtv) but should be same reaction with a pc here...????? when (say) I click on a section of the forum the new screen will pull up so i can read it on my tv screen (same as yalls screen) but then it will clear like i clicked again (but didnot) and come up a second time is all ok and were i wanted t be...just seems to be double dippin to get were im going here on canoeng.com (only) is anybody else having this happen to them on this website....gosh i hope i didnt jabber too much and yallfigure out what im sayin here....????

I understand what you are saying, Pard. But I have not had that problem and I'm using an old PC running win98.
